<p style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;margin-bottom:10pt;margin-top:0pt;" dir="ltr">Il existe 2 façons de valider les unités de compétences associées au programme de certification Trusted Hybrid Facilitator.</p><p style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;margin-bottom:10pt;margin-top:0pt;" dir="ltr"><strong>Soit via jury de certification : </strong></p><p style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;margin-bottom:10pt;margin-top:0pt;" dir="ltr">Les candidats sont alors évalués dans le cadre d’une journée de jury sur l’ensemble des unités de compétences. La journée est ponctuée par un échange individuel avec l’assesseur autour de la production réalisée pendant la journée.</p><p><strong>Soit via validation “à la carte” des unités de compétences : </strong></p><p>Pour plus de souplesse, les candidats peuvent aussi valider les unités de leur choix au travers d'évaluations en ligne à réaliser de façon autonome. </p>
